The user is granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to reproduce and use for PERSONAL purposes the executable code version of the Product, provided any copy must contain all of the original proprietary notices. You may not copy, reverse engineer, translate, port, modify or make derivative works of the Product. You may not rent, disclose, publish, sell, assign, lease, sublicense, market, or transfer the Product or use them in any manner not expressly authorised by this Agreement. You shall not derive or attempt to derive the source code, source files or structure of all or any portion of the Product by any means whatsoever. You may not use the Product to operate a service bureau or for any other use involving the processing of data of other persons or entities. publisher retains all ownership rights in the Product. You shall not alter or remove any copyright notice or proprietary legend contained in or on the Product.

The Product is provided to you on an AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS basis, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Product is BORNE BY THE USER. IN NO EVENT SHALL PUBLISHER OR ITS EMPLOYEES, OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MIGHT OCCUR TO ANY OF YOUR PROPERTY, COMPUTER, ETC. IN CONSEQUENCE OF YOU USING THIS SOFTWARE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS AGREEMENT. NO USE OF THE PRODUCT IS AUTHORIZED HEREUNDER EXCEPT UNDER THIS DISCLAIMER. Some locations do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the limitation of duration of an implied warranty. If you are in such a location, YOU MAY NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.

The Product is NOT fault-tolerant and is not intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Product could lead directly or indirectly to death, personal injury, physical or psychological trauma, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Accordingly, Licensor and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities. Licensee agrees that Licensor and its suppliers will not be liable for any claims or damages arising from the use of the Product in such applications.

The author also does not take any responsibility of any kind for affiliate/website URL(s) mentioned or provided in software/help or anything related to the software, the content provided by the URL's may not be suitable or even legal, The URL’s are provided as only a mean for generation of revenue to support this software.

You may not use the Product for any illegal or morally or ethically questionable purpose. Great diversion

As most others, I'm extremely impressed & amazed by the addictive nature of this little gem.
Oftimes, the simplest games are the most fun.

If there was an erase feature, the game would be 10000000 times better. It's still good though. I'm currently looking for a version that doesn't require the internet. That would be good
